About DeShannon Williamson, Broker/Owner


   DeShannon was raised in Oakland, California. He has been a Real Estate Agent for over a decade. Since 1993 he has assisted many people in reaching their dreams of homeownership. Through millions of dollars in Real Estate sells each year, DeShannon has learned the value of care, quality and attention when it comes to service. In addition, DeShannon is a seasoned Real Estate Investor. He has personally owned more than 75 units from California and Arizona to Georgia.

Oakland Lending Center was created through DeShannon’s concept of “care, quality and attention." Finding it hard to employ a lender that could give him the service that he needed and deserved in his purchases, he decided to establish his own mortgage company. At Oakland Lending Center, they don't focus on how many loans they can close, they focus on how many clients they can make happy. Many companies close loans but, too often their clients are not satisfied with the service they receive. At Oakland Lending Center, their care, quality and attention to you and your needs will ensure that you receive excellent service and a professional experience in the closing of your loan.

Currently he utilizes his license as a Real Estate Sales Agent to sell Real Estate at Affiliated Brokers Real Estate Company, where there is over 80 years of experience at this small, but well known office.  We are a team of people that are knowledgeable about just about anything dealing with Real Estate.

Family, friends and the community are all very important to DeShannon.  He has also worked at Seneca Center, one of the largest family centers in California, as a counselor since 1994.  He has personally touched the lives of hundreds of “at risk children,” and consistently commits his time, money and resources to the program.   

DeShannon has a B.A Degree in Human Development, an A.A. Degree in General Business, A Real Estate sales license, A Real Estate Brokers license and many other certificates and educational accomplishments.
